  After winning this years "heat me up" competition, the guys from Elite found they could not fit a ducted system in our house due to too little roof space. They could have walked away and put it in the too hard basket, but these guys were truly professional and give us the next best option, split systems to four rooms. The whole family is now truly excited and most definitely warmed through. Thank you so much for your prompt service and truly professional approach in fulfilling your part of the competition. We would recommend Elite and their team for first class service with an excellent work ethic and professional service. Thank you to the whole team. Cheers and thumbs up!!

  Moved into a house 23December 2014, Elite was responsiable for checking the system on final inspection report, Cooling system is 18 years old , no sooner walked in just looked and clicked a few buttons, got paid said it is s good as new, but meantime as the day we bought the house the systems pipes were leaking water and not cool air has ever come out.
  Now after living in WA you you have to check with these tradies hopless. Was going to buy a ducted from Elite a Daiken but not after this ripp off the real-estate tells me to ring them they do not want to know about it bad luck hey
  If you buy from them stay and watch them or as I do go some where else after a bad experience.
